We were formally organized on June 28th, 1972, as a 503(c)(4) corporation. That is, we’re non-profit but not a charity.

There are over 570 homes in our 17 member associations. The total assessed value of these homes and their abutting, fully taxed, privately managed, open space is approximately $118,000,000. At 16% of the total we are the largest single part of the overall 2005 Westbrook Grand List. Our homes are only 17% of the residential dwelling units in Westbrook but represent 21% of residential property value in the Grand list.   Click here for a summary of the 2005 Grand List.
